Whether you're grieving a loss, sharing a trauma, opening up about intimacy, or breaking relational cycles, they’re part of your life, and you deserve to share how you’ve experienced them. I draw from multiple modalities to curate a supportive atmosphere, and strive to ensure you are seen and heard. Healing is multifaceted and unique to everyone, I want to make sure your therapy experience reflects that. Connection is my priority.

I'm a queer, mixed race, neurodivergent, adopted femme. I'm a Cap sun, Aquarius moon, and Sag rising. I'm an advocate for social justice, inclusivity, and cultural competency. I proudly support LGBTQIA+, polyamory, kink, neurodivergence, sex workers, all bodies, plural systems, littles, and furry identities.
