Hi, I'm Teddy...

Welcome! I am a queer, trans, disabled and AuDHD therapist specializing in queer-, trans-, and neurodiversty-affirmative therapy. My clients often come to therapy looking for an affirming, safe, supportive, and collaborative environment where all of you is seen, heard, respected, and empowered in working towards your goals. I frequently work with queer and neurodivergent individuals, couples with different neurotypes, and parents of queer and neurodivergent children and adults.

My approach is rooted in a social-justice, anti-oppressive, affirming, and trauma-informed lens. Working from the social model of disability, I combine talk therapy with support, tools, and accommodations for navigating neurodivergence and other marginalized identities in a world often not designed to meet our needs.

I know how important it is to find a therapist who is the right fit for you, and how difficult it can be, especially when much of traditional therapy is centered around neurotypical solutions, which often don't work for us. Instead, I work with each of my clients to create a therapy space that works for them (without neurotypical solutions or expectations).
